Plans begin at $1,800 ($1.50 per square foot); complete with floor plan, piling plan, electrical, interior and exterior elevations, roof, ceiling, and floor framing, sections and details as needed.

The property Survey and Elevation Certificate, or Natural Ground Letter, are required to be provided prior to purchase of plan. R-t-B Purchase Contract will specify the site's Legal Description.
All designs are subject to windstorm / structural engineering, acquired separately.
Note that NO plan is available for immediate delivery, as revisions to current code per FEMA Flood Zone and Base Flood Elevation are made to suit, and plot plan preparation is to be scheduled.
